GSA 8(a) STARS III GWAC Award

RPS-JV LLC, is an SBA approved joint-venture partnership between Ross Professional Services LLC and Bell Federal Systems Inc. Together we have been awarded an 8(a) STARS III Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) by the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is a multiple award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract designed to provide cutting-edge Information Technology solutions from award-winning 8(a) small businesses to federal agencies. GSA 8(a) STARS III has a $50 billion contract value with a five-year base period with three one-year option periods. Total period of performance on certain tasks could be as long as 13.5 years.
